National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) Data.

Parameters:

yearstr: vintage of NCES release formatted as a 4-character string representing the school year. For example the 2015-2016 academic year is ‘1516’
datasetstr: which dataset to query. Options include sabs, school_districts, and schools

Returns:

geopandas.GeoDataFrame: geodataframe of NCES data
